I fully comply with U.K. rules and regulations If any product you purchase from Fluid by Design/Sarah Clarke is not fit for its usual purpose or is of an unacceptable quality (through no fault of your own) or you have simply changed your mind, we will gladly exchange it, refund it or repair it within 30 days of purchase, subject to the points below. Original transaction receipt required Original packaging is returned and goods are in their original condition If the item was damaged in transit contact us through sarah@fluidbydesign.net and you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, contact us and we'll send you the correct item once the incorrect item has been returned within 30 days of purchase. we will refund your postage costs for this return.
